  • Yes absolutely! A $50 consultation fee applies and it can be used towards any service booked within 2 weeks, perfect if you’re ready to start your hair journey with us!

  • Yes! A quick confirmation lets us know you’re still coming and helps us keep everything running smoothly.

  • Yes please. Finishing services and toners aren’t included in the colour appointment time, so make sure to add them when booking.

  • Yes we do! If you’re not completely happy, just let us know within 7 days and we’ll happily tweak it for you. Refunds aren’t available and any change of mind is treated as a new appointment.

  • Yes. Our cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of this website.

  • We kindly ask that only the person with the appointment attends. This helps keep the Studio calm, comfortable and safe.

  • We accept major cards and cash. A $2 online booking fee is applied at checkout for online bookings and there is a 1% card surcharge if paying via EFTPOS.

  • Yes! We’re a sustainable salon and recycle up to 95% of our salon waste.
