No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours' of the appointment.

Every person’s time is valuable, and we will do our utmost to respect our client’s valuable time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the value per booked service.

No showing to your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit and being charged the remaining balance of your service/s booked.

Please note:

All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel/reschedule with sufficient notice your deposit will be kept on your account to use at your next booking.
